We have various blind folded challenges which enhance, group trust, coordination, stop think and act, effective communication.

BLIND BALLS

Blind Folded Challenges

One person at a time from each team receive a blindfold, needs to walk from point A to B and collect a colourful ball without stepping on a minefield and the teammate guide, only animal sound is allowed to be used. Outcomes: Effective Communication, Enhancing trust and Laughter! (Indoors or Outdoors)

BLIND WAITER

BLIND WAITER

Blind folded team member must successfully find, open & pour a drink into a glass, whilst they are navigated by another team member who needs to consume the drink without using his hands. Outcomes: trust, Communication and Laughter. (Indoor and Outdoor)

BLIND SOCCER

The Blind folded soccer player needs to be directed by another team member to dribble a ball around the cones to the goal post and ultimately aim and score.

JAIL LOCK

Team members are locked down with a certain chain and need to direct a blind folded team member to collect the keys and help them to break free.

VARIOUS BRAIN TEASER: The team completes various tasks, all requiring a different approach and leadership style. With some of the challenges the planning and mental abilities of the group will be highlighted, whilst in others a more instinctive approach to a physical task will be more effective. Outcome: Enhancing team work, communication, trust, fun and laughter, quick thinking and acting (indoor and outdoor)

Some of the Brain teasers games include:

  1. Traffic Jam: Individuals face each other and to maneuver their way through the „‟traffic‟‟ by overtaking each other without causing a „‟traffic jam‟‟
  2. Figure 8: Teams need to decipher the format of 8 complete the challenge.
  3. Puzzle Challenge: Teams need to complete as many puzzles as possible in the allocated time.
  4. Tower of Pizza: Teams need to build the tallest free standing tower with the building blocks provided to determine the winner.
  5. 24 items/ Memory Game: With only a view seconds to view 24 items, the group is given time to regroup and recall the items they saw.
  6. Pyramid: Find a way to balance the balls to build the perfect pyramid.

Groups compete against each other. Outcomes: Fun & laughter, improve teamwork, overcoming their personal fears. Various challenges await the group such as: Blow up a Balloon till it bursts…and one person at a time collecting chicken feet using their mouth.. Eat a few Marie cookies as fast as you can etc…

Pipeline Challenge

Each team member gets a half of a pvc pipe and the whole group needs to transport the golf ball from point A to B, without the ball falling and the team that is going to roll the golf ball into the cup first TEAMBUILDING GALORE 2017 Wins. Outcomes: Teamwork, Accountability, trust, Communication and Laughter! (Outdoor)

Stepping Stones

Stepping Stones

The objective is to transport the whole group, from Point A to B without touching the Ground, using paper plate. Outcomes: Planning, Team work, communication, Support. (Indoors or Outdoors)

Pictionary

Pictionary

The group gets divided into smaller teams. Each person in a team need to draw a picture of a word given by the facilitator without speaking, whilst the rest of the group partakes by guessing the correct answer. Objective: to decipher the sentence with the pictures drawn. Nobody draws a hippo the same! Hilarious fun awaits the group! Outcomes: Creative personal interaction, improves communication, involves everyone! (Indoors or Outdoors)

Scavenger Hunt

Scavenger Hunt | Teambuilding Galore

Teams need to find as many of the objects on the Scavenger list in the shortest time as possible. „‟innovation/creativity‟‟ makes the hunt complete! Groups will then score each other‟s finding! Lots of negotiations and laughter awaits! Outcomes: Enhances negotiating skill, improves creativity, fun & laughter! (Indoors or Outdoors)

Cocktail Challenge

A great pre-dinner or conference mix and mingle activity. In teams the challenge is to create your own cocktail and mocktail, complete with name and presentation extraordinaire! Duration for this activity is (1 -1.5 hrs) Outcomes: Communication, Planning, Creative thinking, teamwork and laughter. (Indoor/ Outdoor)

Chocolate Factory

Chocolate Factory

Your team just taken over a failing chocolate factory. Your task is to turn it around. Each team under the guidance of a Chocolate Delight Chocolatier (one of your team members) will create and market a new product line to save the factory. Once completed, each team will have a chance to present their marketing ideas along with their new product range while the other teams will be rating/scoring their presentation and their finished creations. (Indoors)
